Rock Cycle

The rock cycle is when igneous rock gets turned in to sediment by weathering and erosion and sediment turns into sedimentary rock and sedimentary turns into medimorfic rock and then rock turns into igneous and keeps going in that same order

This is what I know about the rock cycle. The rock cycle has different stages to it like weathering and erosion is one of them. The other two are melting and cooling and the last one is heat and pressure. The reason why weathering and erosion is part of rock cycle is so the rocks can move or become sedimentary.

There are three processes that create the rock cycle. 1. Melting and cooling make up igneous rock. 2. Compacting and Cementation makes sedimentary rock, and 3. Heat and pressure makes metamorphic rock. These rocks can turn into any type of rock and can also turn back to themselves.

The rock cycle is rocks going through different styles, like getting bigger or smaller. Weathering is apart of the rock cycle because it breaks it down, and Erosion is part of it because it moves the rocks and breaks down and then collects more little rocks while they form into bigger rocks again.

Weathering and erosion is part of the rock cycle because weather is also climate and climate is The weather conditions prevailing in an area in general or over a long period. Erosion is The process of eroding or being eroded by wind, water, or other natural agents.

The rock cycle is when rocks change from their original form and change again and again ect. One way that the rock cycle might be caused is by weathering. Weathering is the change of rocks by something chemical or mechanical. Chemical weathering is the breakdown of rocks by wind,water this causes the weaker sections of the rock to wither away over time. Mechanical weathering is when animals and plants break down rocks. This may happen if animals burrow or tree roots break rocks apart. Erosion also cause this by breaking down rocks and reforming them into different types of rocks.

We all see changes in the landscape around us, but your view of how fast things change is probably determined by where you live. If you live near the coast, you see daily, monthly, and yearly changes in the shape of the coastline.

I think erosion and weathering has something to do with the rock cycle and that way is erosion moves the rocks and weathering breaks the rock down. Then after a while the rock will be together again.

I know that the rock cycle can break down rocks and change them from one type of rock to another type of rock. Weather and erosion are the things that break the rock and turn them from one type of rock to another.

Once the rock has been weakened and broken up by weathering it is ready for erosion. Erosion happens when rocks and sediments are picked up and moved to another place by ice, water, wind or gravity.

All I know about the rock cycle is that they break down in to smaller rocks.I think weathering is part of it because weathering is the thing that breaks them.And i think that erosion has a part to by washing them away into the ocean and stuff like that

The rock cycle is a process where rocks can change, and form again into the same or different rocks. Weathering breaks down rocks in two different ways. There is chemical, and there is mechanical. Erosion is when rocks get broken down by wind, glaciers and ice, water, man made, and gravity. Without these, rocks wouldn't be able to change into different ones, and they would just stay the same.

The rock cycle is how and when rocks change there form and shape. The rock cycle has three stages of its process. First comes ice cooling and heat, then weather and erosion, and last fro some sort of presure. I dont know the rest and so yeah bye.

What I think the rock cycle is the time and process rocks take to transform into other rocks. Some examples of this process is heat and pressure. Diamonds are created when some type of rock is compressed and heated so much they become diamonds. Diamonds are rare because they need so much pressure. Some other examples of the rock cycle is weathering. Weathering breaks down rocks and erosion carries them away. Eventually the rocks reform into different rocks. The third type of thing that can happen to rocks is melted and reformed. A rock can get so hot it melts into magma. Then when the rock cools it reforms into a different type of rock. Weathering and erosion can form into many different type of rocks thanks to the randomness of the sand and gravel. Rocks can form into many different rocks if they are in different conditions.

The rock cycle is how rocks form and change into other rocks or into soil. There are 3 stages for the rock cycle. First theres erosion and weathering. Then theres heat and pressure. Then there is melting and cooling. These all change the shape, the size, the weight, the color, how hard it is, and what type of rock is it. Maybe some other things but I don't know.

the three most important parts of the rock cycle are: weathering/erosion, compressing, and freezing/melting. They can switch around and rocks can become diffrent rocks, and change back too. all rocks go through the rock cycle and their are lots of combinations..of rocks. ;)

The rock cycle is a cycle of guess what? Rocks, I bet you didn't know that. Anyways, the rock cycle determines what type of rock a rock will become. A rock can change from sedimentary to igneous, or igneous to metamorphic. These changes are due to three groups of things, weather and erosion, heat and pressure, and melting and cooling. The different things make different rocks (wow!). Weathering and erosion are a part of the rock cycle because, as before mentioned, they form rocks, specifically sedimentary rocks.
