You can read more books, watch the news, or even take a walk in the neighborhood to keep your memory up to date with whats happening around you.

You usually have a better response time when you are doing competitive things. You can train yourself by making responses over and over again.

think of what you did the last few days over and over again to remember what to do also you can try to remember what you were going to do the next day instead of righting it.

You can eat less unhealthy foods, get more sleep, and exercise.

Study the subject repeatedly. Berries are helpful with memory, as is chewing gum while studying. Drinking coffee and meditating can improve memory and so can just staying healthy.
