back to cells

Our next standard also deals with cells and how cell reproduce along with heredity. So for today question, I would like to know what you recall about cells. We have worked on four standards that relate to cells so please post something about cells that stands out to you.

I would like to relearn about the process of cells

Cells are the basic unit of life and are the third smallest part of your body, followed by molecules being the second smallest and atoms being the smallest. Cells can be specialized or not. Cells make up all of your tissues which make up your organs that make organ systems which form you. Cells are in all of your systems. The mitochondria preform cellular respiration. Breathing and respiration are different. Nerve cells are called neurons. You have red and white blood cells. You have skin, blood, bone, skin, nerve, and muscle cells. Sorry but all of this stood out to me and it was everything I could recall XD.

Cells are the basic unit of life and they make tissue, tissues make organs, and organs make organ systems which form you. That is just a little bit of what I remember about cells.

The cell is the basic unit of life. There are two types of cell, the prokaryotic cell, and the eukaryotic cell. The prokaryotic cell doesn't have a nucleus and a eukaryotic cell does. The different parts of a cell are called organelles. Organelles are found in eukaryotic cells and some are found in eukaryotic cells. The organelles found in a cell are the nucleus, mitochondria, chloroplast, vacuole, lysosome, ribosome, the rough endoplasmic reticulum, the smooth endoplasmic reticulum, and the Golgi bodies. That is what I remember about cells.

cells are the basic unit of life cells make up tissue and tissue makes up organs and organs make up organ systems so the cells are the whole reason a body has parts.

Cells are the basic unit of life. The very core of a cell is the nucleus. There are chromosomes inside the nucleus.
