The organelles are located in the cytoplasm and Eukaryotic cells have organelles, Prokaryotic cells do not have organelles.

Like a prokaryotic cell, a eukaryotic cell has a plasma membrane, cytoplasm, and ribosomes. However, unlike prokaryotic cells, eukaryotic cells have a membrane-bound nucleus.

An example of prokaryotic is bacteria and an example of eukaryotic is a camel.
