How are momentum and inertia the same and different?

Inertia and momentum is based on mass. Anything can have inertia whether its moving or not but momentum needs to be moving.

they both are the same as they are based on mass. Also, inertia is different then momentum by not moving but the momentum needs to be moving also it needs velocity

Both momentum and inertia are both based on mass. An object has to be in motion to have momentum whereas an object has inertia no matter what.
