The image shows field mice that are white and grey. The white mice stand out against the their surrounding and the grey mice blend in with the land so they are less likely to be seen by predators.
The eagle is eating the white mice instead of the gray mice because the gray mice blend in with the environment and the white mice are easier to see. This relates to Natural Selection because the mice with the camouflage trait are more likely to survive and reproduce then the white mice.
the rodents that aren't being eaten have a phenotype of a darker color so they have camouflage in the environment that they are in. This picture shows natural selection because it shows that the animals with the better adaptations for their environment survive so their offspring will be born with those adaptations.
the darker one can reproduce more than the lighter ones because the bird can only see the lighter ones so they can't reproduce as much as the darker ones.
