Today we look at designing a solution to a problem involving Newton's third law. The first step will be to define our criteria and constraints for the project. What is the meaning of criteria and constraints in science?

Constraints and criteria are used in engineering design. The constraints mean the limitations on the design. Examples of constraints are available funds, resources and/or time. The criteria are the characteristics of a solution that is successful.

The criteria are the characteristics of a solution that is successful. Examples are desired function and/or a particular level of efficiency
The two are used in engineering design, Constraints are limitations and criteria are what they need to pass or like traits of the whatever it is. Examples of constraints of like time, or money, etc. .
Constraints and criteria are normally used in engineering design. Constraints are the limitations on the design. While criteria are the characteristics of a solution that is successful.

Criteria: A principle or standard by which something may be judged or decided.
Constraints: A limitation or restriction.
The meaning of constraints is the limits of the experiment, Criteria what actual makes the problem successful.

Criteria can be positive or negative, and constraints are the things you are restricted to or can't do.
what you can what you cant do
An example of this is a car is traveling down the highway to a certain place and only has a certain amount of time to get there.
Constranis: The car can only go so fast, and has a certain time limit.
Critera:The person driving would leave the place they were leaving with enough time to get there.
Constraints are limitations to a design usually used for engineering designs. Criteria are the characteristics solve a problem, this also is successful.
It's what you're allowed to do, and what you're not allowed to do.
What you can and can't do.

Criteria and constraints is what you can and can't do.

what you can't do and what you can do.

Constrain what your going to do and criteria means what you want your result to be.
Criteria is what you want to be. Constraints is what you can't do.
Constrains are what you are not enabled to undertake. Criteria means what you are enabled to engage in.- I worded it properly:)
Criteria: What you want your answer to be. Constrains: What you can't do.
Constrains are what you are not enabled to undertake. Criteria means what you are enabled to engage in
Constrains are what you are not enabled to undertake. Criteria means what you are enabled to engage in.
