Your lungs are part of a group of organs and tissues that all work together to help you breathe This system is called the respiratory system The main job of the respiratory system is to move fresh air into and get waste gases out of the body

It goes through your nasal cavity.

When you inhale the air circulates through your body and is exhaled. Capillaries are what the air passes through to get into the blood stream.

You breath through your nose and mouth. The air you breath circulates through your body, and than is exhaled.

The path the air takes is first through your mouth or nose as you inhale, then your larynx, from there it goes to the trachea, then the Bronchi, and bronchioles, and then finally the alveoli and then into the capillaries.
