We regulate temperature by shivering when we're cold and sweating when we're warm.

The body regulates temperature. It regulates temperature because when it gets too high you start to sweat. Also, if your body temperature gets too low you will start to shiver because by shivering you produce heat. After a long period of time shivering your body will start to shutdown.

When your body gets hot, you sweat. if it gets to hot, you get a fever, and eventually if you don't cool down, your body won't be able to take the heat and you die. If you get cold, you shiver. If you get to cold you get hyperthermia and if you don't heat up your body will shut down and you will die.

How the body regulates temperature is it sweats to make you cooler, and when you need to be warmer, the hair on your arms kind of lift up or stand on end in a way, to help trap a blanket of heat over you.Another thing is you shiver to gain body heat.

if the body tempature gets to high you get really hot and you would most likely have to go into the hospital if it gets to high .and if it gets to low you will get very sick you'll get the shivers and if it goes to low you'll also have to go in the hospital and they will be able to control your body tempature .

The body regulates temperature because when you sweat, that is the body's way of cooling down the body. If your body temperature gets too high your body will overheat and you will sweat a lot. If your body temperature gets too cold yo u will start shivering and your body could eventually freeze.

When you get a little overheated you start to sweat, then you get dehighdreated then you get way over heated and die. When your body temperture gets to low you start to shiver, you shiver so that you can try and heat up a little, but if you don't and after a very long period of time your body shuts down.
