One lever in the human body is the second class lever and an example of the lever is when you step on your tip-toes.(That is because when you stand on your tip-toes that is the fulcrum and the weight is the heel and the force is the arch of your foot.)

Nodding your head is an example of a first class lever.Standing on your toes is an example of a second class lever. And putting your arm in a right angle is an example of a third class lever.

An example of a human body lever is a nod and it's a 1st class lever (fulcrum: neck, load: head, force: neck muscles). Another example of a human body lever is standing on your tiptoes and it's a 2nd class lever(fulcrum: toes, load: heel, force: foot arch). One more example of a human body lever is bending your elbow and it's a 3rd class lever(fulcrum: elbow, load:lower arm, force: upper arm).
