1: GMO crops can be tailored to provide better health benefits.
2: There is the possibility of an increased shelf life.
3: It takes less land to grow more food.

2.) It threatens crop diversity.
3.) It sparks concerns on changing the field of agriculture.

There may be an increased risk of allergies or food intolerance
GMOs create super weeds
Many GMO crops are trademarked, patented, and legally protected

The safety of GMOs remains uncertain. A study published in the "International Journal of Biological Sciences" in December 2009, notes that rats fed genetically modified corn had a decline in liver, kidney, heart, adrenal gland and spleen health and function. No research has been conducted on the health and safety for people who eat genetically modified foods.

One disadvantage for GMO's in foods is that it releases of toxins to soil. Also it disruption of biodiversity. A Major one is an allergic reaction.

It can be dangerous to other insects that are important to our ecosystem. GMOs are believed to be dangerous to some insects because new crop genes can be deadly to them. This is worth noting when it comes to certain insects, such as butterflies, that are not actually dangerous to crops. also It sparks concerns on changing the field of agriculture. The process of making GMOs includes adding new genetic material into an organism’s genome. As proven by certain studies, GMO strains have the potential to change agriculture. It can create more weeds and it will be harmful to humans. and that it transfers wild plants to other plants and you don't know what could be in those plants or what those plants are. those are 3 reason why GMOS can be dangerous.

As we disguised yesterday there are advantages of GMOs but, there are some disadvantages of GMOs like, some GMOS can be harmful to insects. also the tariff, quota and trade issues may become a problem in regions and other countries. The people who oppose GMOs aren’t taste good as compared to naturally produced crops. Hear are some disadvantages of using GMOS.

5. It can create more weeds.

if GMOs are used the plants or animals don't taste as good as natural ones. GMOs are being de environment dangerous to the environment because it's not a natural way to grow crops. some GMOs are dangerous to some insects and could harm them.

One example is over mutating. When this happens new illnesses and disease could show up that have not found a cure to it yet. Another example is reducing diversity. The traits we don't want the organism to have will be eliminated and then the population will be the same. My last example is for behavioral reasons. People have a problem having DNA be changed by humans.

There are many disadvantages of GMOs. Here are three disadvantages of GMOs. One, GMOs could be dangerous to some insects. Two, crops may also cause a threat to the environment. Three, can cause particular disease or illnesses. These are some diadvantages of GMOs.

The first disadvantage of GMO's is that some scientists don't label GMO ingredients in products in the US. Shoppers at the grocery store don't know what all the ingredients are of what the're buying. They could be allergic. Secondly, in a lot of the plants that we eat, they very genetically modified. Corn and soybeans are near 90% modified to taste good! Lastly, changing genetics in foods may add a lot more allergies to people. When plants make pesticides to fight off bugs, then the plant is most likely toxic.

This is a paragraph some disadvantages of GMOs. One is it can hurt the environment because the environment is not ready for the modification. Second is GMOs it could hurt insects that help us like butterflies. Third is it can create crop diversity aka more weeds. There are the 3 out of many disadvantages of GMOs.

Here are three reasons why G.M.O.'s can be harmful. One of them is that it can create bugs that are resilient to the chemicals over generations. Another reason for why G.M.O.'s can be harmful is that they can create super-weeds that can kill the produce. The last reason of mine is that G.M.O. crops can kill other fields that don't have G.M.O.'s. Those were my three reasons of why G.M.O.'s can be harmful.

There may be an increased risk of allergies or food intolerance. This would not be good because there wouldn't be as many animals that could eat the plant. GMO crops can contaminate other fields too. The bees pollinate crops to produce the fruit being grown. This means they are exposed to to genetic changes of the plants. Lastly Animal proteins could be affected by GMO crops. The crops are feed to livestock which impacts the things we by at the store. In conclusion this is the bad things about GMO's.

When the crop is genetically modified it still grow the same as a regular crop, so when bees pollinate they will be exposed to the plant, and will cross pollinate with what seems like the same crop.

When these crops are being grown

Threre are many pros to gmos, but not everything about gmos is positive. Firstly Genetically modified plants were shown to cause kidney problems in rats and thus might cause them in us. Secondly sometimes gmos are not tested enough and thus might be dangerous in many ways. Lastly gmos could affect those with allergies in many different negitive ways. Those were some of the cons of gmos in plants.

GMO's can create super weeds that are worse then normal weeds they are stronger snd grow faster. Just like super weeds GMO's can also create super bugs sense insects can populate a plant it grows onto the bug and turns it into a superbug. People need to sign a paper from the government so that they are good GMOs.

Sometimes GMOs are referred to as transgenic products. The process may also be referred to as genetic modification or genetic engineering, but all these terms lead to the same approach to organism modification.

https://responsibletechnology.org/gmo-education/health-risks/-
Several animal studies indicate serious health risks associated with genetically modified and In 1992, the Food and Drug Administration claimed they had no information showing that GM foods were substantially different from conventionally grown foods.

one disadvantage is it gives cancer to some animals. the animals that eat GMO food that have baby's can not reproduce to make more of that animal. you eat GMO food without even realizing that you are, like pizza, some soups a lot of food.

the disadvantages of this technology and its outcomes have been debated. GMO ingredients can be placed into food products and US shoppers wouldn’t even know it. Commercialized crops include cotton, corn, and soybeans. More than 90% of these crops being grown today have some level of genetic modification. Even sugar beets, grown at commercial levels, are more than 90% GMO.

In the US GMOs do not require a food label so it can be in your food without you knowing. GMOs damage the environment because it is a non natural way to grow crops. People have allergic reactions to GMO products.
