The five functions are to shape and support, protect our organs, muscle attach to bone, blood cells are formed in marrow, and to store compounds for later use. I didn't know that blood cells were formed in marrow.

The five functions of the skeletal system are
1.The skeleton gives shape and support to your body
2.Bones protect your internal organs
3.Major muscles are attached to to bone to help them move
4.Blood cells are formed in the center of many bones in the soft tissue called red marrow
5.Calcium and phosphorous are stored in the skeleton.

Bones
-Five major functions

1. Shape and support the body that they are in.

2. Protect organs of the body.

3. Has muscles attach to them, so they can move the body.

4. Blood cells are formed in the marrow.

5. Bones store compounds for later use, like, Calcium and phosphorus.

Here are the 5 major functions of the Skeletal System.
1. We need bones for our shape and support.
2. We need bones to protect our organs.
3. Muscles are attached to the bones.
4. Calcium helps our bones.
5. Blood Cells are in a marrow.
