Two people leave from the same starting point and end at the same end point. One traveled twice as far as the other. Explain how this is possible using the terms distance and displacement
Okay so if one person is farther from the person that they were at and have no where to go and the other person has a rocket ship and if the rocket ship is moving farther and farther the person would go a long distance away from the person it is possible and think of you and your friend your in school, and you have to go to class and your friend is staying in the hall you start to walk away making a distance away from your friend from the starting point you started to walk away from
This is possible because one of them obviously took a longer route, resulting in a longer distance, but since they both ended up at the same place, their displacement was the same.

one way could longer
one went a shorter way and the other way.
one way takes a longer period of time
Because they can move around.
This is possible because I don't know.
One went at different speeds, or one of them may have taken a detour on the way.
One of them went longer, and the other one went the shorter way.
This is possible because one although one way was longer there was still the same end point.
Like we did yesterday, objects can start at the same point and end at the same point but not go the same way.
This is possibly because one way takes longer.
One went a shorter way and the longer way.

one went at a different speed
ONe of the pEOPle Might'VE traveLEd at a DIFFErent spEeD
One went a shorter way and the other way.
This is possible because maybe the one who went the longer way went faster than the one who went the shorter way.
One took a straight line way and anothr took a round journey the ending point.
One went a shorter way and the other way.
idk
What you said at class notes time
One could have gone a longer way but at the same endpoint.
One went directly straight, and one went around.
One went a shorter way another went a longer way
One going one way which is short and the other takes another way which is longer or one take smaller steps than the other.
One went a shorter way and another way
This is possibly because one way takes longer.
One could have don a bunch of loops while they were going to the endpoint
This is possible because the person who went the longer way must've went way faster than the person who went the shorter way.
One person can take a detour like going east instead of north and then go north again and end up at the same point
One took a longer route than the other, but they both had the same destination.
one of the people Might've traveled at a different speed
one is slower
One took a longer route and one took a shorter route.
one went a shorter way and the other way.
One person will take a shorter route like say go straight across the room. Then the other person could take a longer route like around the room.
This is possible because one of them obviously took a longer route, resulting in a longer distance, but since they both ended up at the same place, their displacement was the same.
One could have went faster and took longer
One person could go a longer way and another person could go a different way.
because they went around and around and ended at the same end point.
One went a shorter way and the other way.
One went a shorter way and the other way.
idk
one went a shorter way and another went a faster way
