The uneven distributions of Earth's mineral, energy, and groundwater resources are the result of past and current geoscience processes. Humans drilling underground to collect natural gases cause earthquakes, which can spread these things unevenly.

By reading this standard I would guess that we are learning how to distribute natural materials in a even manner. I would also guess were going to learn how to acquire these materials.
