Building a Bridge

Imagine you are hired to build a bridge. The bridge must span 200 meters and hold at least 10 tons of weight. Your budget in 2 million dollars.  What are your criteria and what are your constraints for your bridge.

the criteria would consist of iron stilts in the water and a few coils to keep it in place.that would probably consist of under 200000000.

I would make sure the building is stable and has a lot of space and designated exit.
