Two rabbits ?

Why would two rabbits with the same genes not be the same color if one was raised in Maine and the other in Texas?

The two rabbits with the same genes wouldn't be the same color if one was raised in Texas and the other one in Maine because the of the different climates.

It would be different because they come from different environments and climates.

They're adapted to different environments. For instance, the ones in southern Texas would have sandy colored skin to adapt to that specific type of environment unlike the ones in Maine. It's natural selection.

the climate changes the color.

I'm pretty sure that it matters what the climate and weather is like, and that their color changes to adapt to it... I think......

Because there fur changes in the cold and in the heat, in the cold there fur will get thicker and in the warm it will get lighter. And that can change the color of there fur.

The bunnies change color because of climate change.

One could be a hybrid and the other is purebred.

Its because colder weather makes them darker and warmer makes them lighter.

Its warmer in Texas so they get used to it and adapt to it.

They look different because of there environment and climate dark colors soak up sun while white does not.

It depends on where they live one can have shorter hair and one can have longer hair.

It has to do with the climate and how cold and warm it is.

They would be different colors because of maybe the temperature and because of the Reagan.

The bunnies would look different because they would have to adapt to the environment like the weather. The bunny's fur would be darker in Maine because dark colors attract heat and the bunny's fur would be lighter in Texas because its already hot and it would stay cool.

Cause the one in Texas would get sun-bleached.

They will not have the same colour because of the climate.

The bunnies would look different because they have been raised in different environments.

In Texas it would be white because it would'nt get so hot and it would stay cool. And in Maine you need in to be dark so it can stay warm.

Ian R. said...

The bunnies are different colors because they both adapted to different environments.

They both have different colors because they were both adopted to different environment.

They both have to mutate to Survive the ecosystems and climate.

Nicole Printy said...

For temperature purposes. Dark attracts heat for Maine rabbits and light for Texas who need to stay cold.

Because of climate and where they live.

Zeke Sturgeon said...

The climate would change the rabbits fur in a different weather or climate.
