Describe an event that could happen and the order of how the three types of neurons would work. Example: Your in a room and a baseball breaks the window.
Im listening to music when suddenly a car hits my house. First, my sensory neurons would respond when the glass/debris hits me. Then, my motor neurons would tell my brain to run away from the incoming car. The signals got to the brain from interneurons which connect neurons to other neurons within the spinal cord and the brain.
IM COMMENTING NOW!!! Okay so I'm in my room when suddenly I catch a whiff of my parents making Breakfast, which would activate my sensory neurons, responding to the stimuli because of the smell of the bacon/breakfast. That's when my motor neurons tell myself to go out into the kitchen to try and snag some BACONNNNNN!!!!!! And the signals got to my brains from the interneurons which connect the neurons to other neurons inside the spinal cord and brain.
I am in my room and a lightening bolt hits the house. My motor neurons would tell me to get away from the lightening bolt that struck. My sensory would respond once the lightening bolt strikes the house. And then the signals got to my brains from the interneurons which connect the neurons to other neurons inside the spinal cord and brain.
Im in the kitchen and im cooking i put my hand on the stove and my motor neurons tell me to make my hand move away this happens when my dendrites fell the heat on my hand then my axons would transfer that from cell to cell al the way to my spinal cord to my brain wich makes my motor neuron respond.
I am outside and it starts to hail. My motor neurons tell me to run back to the house and wait for it to stop. The feeling of the hail made my dendrites tell my brain and spinal cord to run.
I was making Ramen and the pot was extremely hot, I turned around and my dog was right in front of me and she scared me so I jumped and touched the pot. My sensory neurons were working to tell me that I burnt myself. (This actually happened.)
i am siting in my living room and all of a sudden a giant bowling ball falls of the bookcase. My motor neurons make me jump as i try to figure out what just happened. When i do, i pick up the bowling ball that is very heavy and that activates my sensory neurons. then i put the bowling ball back on the bookcase.
Im walking outside when someone is about to throw food at me. I quickly use my motor neurons to jump out of the way. I then pick up the food which will activate my sensory neurons and put it in the trash.
I am walking on the street in portland after buying a bottle of bleach when all of a sudden a man comes up behind me and tries to rob me. Which then activates my sensory neurons because he's trying to rob me. Then my motor neurons tell me to spray the man in the face with the bleach which the sends the message to other cells.
I was running a race only 12 feet from the finish line when a bomb goes off to my left. First, my sensory neurons would act when the shrapnel hits me. Next, My motor neurons act to tell me to run away from the bombings. The signals got to the brain from interneurons which connect neurons to other neurons within the spinal cord and the brain.
You're sitting at the front of Mr. Ruby's science class. As usual, most kids are groggily dozing off, (not me of course :), when Mr. Ruby searches his mind for an old-fashioned way to regain your attention, and it hits him. Suddenly, there's an ear-piercing screech that fills the room. The motor neurons bolt into action as student's hands dart to cover their ears, in desperate hopes of the agonizing sound going away. (This is also the noise section of your external senses.) Now that Mr. Ruby has your attention, he is satisfied, and removes his fingernails from the chalkboard. "Midlines!", he announces. You groan, but your body is relieved that the horrendous sound has vanished. You get up, and begin the dreaded knee bumps, unhappily, though you're grateful that one can bet Stirling isn't having a memorable learning expirience like THIS one.
I am sitting in chorus class in the seat directly in front of the risers. When suddenly an announcement goes off telling the students we are having a lockdown drill. The motor neurons tell the muscles to stand and walk to the lights(this is a reflex,so the message skips the brain.) Mrs. Linnell Is right behind me she locks the door and closes it. Carefully, the motor neurons tell me to walk over to one corner of the room where most of the class is to hide my eyes have now adjusted to the dark thanks to the seeing section of my external senses. The announcer comes back on and says drill over. I sigh then cover my eyes and wait for the lights to come back on. The motar neurons send signals to the interneurons, which send signals to other neurons along the brain and spinal cord. The sensory neurons send one last message to the brain. It's over and the lights are back on. You relax and walk to your seat and resume the lesson.
I'm sitting on the couch just as someone is getting ready to throw something at me. My motor neurons tell me yo jump out of the way and my sensory neurons try to figure out what happened.
Tyler's voice comes out of nowhere in my ear, and my motor neurons tell me to smack him. Then both of our sensory neurons try to figure out what the heck just happened.
I'm sitting in my living room watching Dance Moms when a 7.4 earthquake occurs. All the windows shatter and the snow starts piling into my house. My sensory nerves now respond to my body being shaken and then cold snow making me cold. My relay nerves then pick up the message from my sensory nerves and send it up my spinal cord and to my brain. My brain now processes what just happened and my relay nerves send the message from my brain to my motor nerves and now I feel that I was being shaken and that the snow is cold. Now I reach over and get a blanket and continue watching Dance Moms and let someone else take care of the damage and snow. All that happens way faster than it took to put my thoughts together and type it.
I'm lying in my bed, peacefully sleeping. Suddenly the dogs start barking, setting off of my motor neurons, telling me to sit up and look at the clock. My sensory neurons then tell me that it's a snow day, and I gradually fall back asleep.
I was sitting on the couch when a big chunk of hail hits through my window. Then my motor neurons hit me then its telling me to stand up and freak out. Then my sensory neurons are telling me that it is a punk kid throwing ice at my house. When the signal got to my brain using the interneurons which connect the neurons to the other neurons in the spinal cord and the brain. :)
I was sitting in my room watching tv Int ill I smelled Food. setting off of my motor neurons, telling me to go find the Great smell . My sensory neurons then tell me that Dinner is cooking So i go get some of the food

I'm sitting in my room playing a game on my laptop when I smell bacon. Which then set off my motor neurons. Which leads me to go find the food, Which then activates my sensory neurons which tell me that I am going to steal the bacon.

Welcome to snow day science Griffin.

I like that you included the axons and dendrites in your post
Lighting cool idea.
great comment now I want some bacon

Actual story well done

Your sitting down watching TV and your mom silently sneaks up behind you and taps your shoulder which... Yeah I got nothing
