An interesting fact about photosynthesis is, some plants don't get energy from the sun. Some plants are actually carnivores, such as the venus fly trap. My question is does the venus fly trap use photosynthesis at all?

Not sure if these were said-Thirty percent (30%) of the world’s oxygen is produced in the rainforest. One of the trees in Africa (the Tumbo Plant) has only two wide leaves but can live for over 1,000 years with little rain water.
