RH Factor

What is RH factor in blood?  Would a difference in Rh factor cause any concern with a pregnancy ?

Rh disease occurs during pregnancy when there is an incompatibility between the blood types of the mother and baby.

A blood group that is in Rh positive peoples people. And if a mother has Rh negative and the baby has Rh positive then the baby must have Rh positive from it's father. And it would concern in pregnancy.
