A pulse rate is how fast your pulse is going per minute. If you do some sort of exercise, your pulse rate will increase. When you sleep, it will slow down.

When someones pulse goes down i could mean that they are bored,calm,drinking,or just dieing. When someones heart beat goes up they are either nervous,drinking and energy drink,or having a heart attack.

Pulse Rate means heart rate and when you are relaxing it makes it slower but when you are working out it makes it go faster.

A pulse rate is like when you put your fingers on your neck/wrist and you time yourself for a certain amount of time otherwise known as the amount of time your heart beats a minute. To make your heart beat faster you can get up an d run around, ride your bike, swim, etc.

A puse is a heart rate and how fast your heart beats. A pulse rate effects your heart. Your heart rate will go faster if you exercise and it will go slower when you rest or sleep. That is what a pulse rate is and how it goes faster and slower.

Your pulse rate is how fast or slow your heart beats in a minute or 15 sec . To make your pulse rate go faster then you would have to get worked up or mad about something or just exercise. Running or any jump rope exercise would work the best to make your heart beat faster. To make your heartbeat slower you could sleep or die then you would have no pulse or heart beat rate.

a pulse can be affected by if you go faster or slow by if you are running you will pump more blood for your legs so you can keep moving and since more blood is going to your legs than less will go to your legs

Your pulse rate is just your regular pulse during a certain time. If you exercise then your pulse rate would go up. Or any other physical activity. To make it go slower you can relax and sleep.

Some things that can speed up your heart rate would be something like strenuous activity or heavy breathing. Things that slow down your heart would be breathing slowly, sleeping, or meditating.

A pulse rate is how fast your heart beats in a minute. WHen you exercise, since your heart has to pump your blood faster, your heart rate increases. When you are relaxing, your heart doesn't work as hard, so you will have a slower pulse rate.
