Something that isn't alive that meets some of the criteria could be fire. Fire can grow, develop, and it can start more little fires which could count as reproduction.
Solar panels obtain and use energy by using the sun to obtain the energy and then using it by powering houses, lights, or any other thing that uses power.
water show a a criteria of life. it has development. water has many, changes it is a liquid, then it changes in a gas then it can be changed in to a solid witch it called ice .
Fire, because It can obtain and use energy, it can grow. When wood or gasoline is put into fire it obtains and burns the contents that were thrown in. Also when wood or gasoline is put in fire it grows in size.
Fire can grow it can also respond to stimuli for example. When water is dumped on fire the fire goes out or dies down, also when gas and or wood is put into a fire the fire grows.
Something that could meet some of the criteria, but is not alive is water.
