  23. The could use Newton's Cradle. They could use Newton's Cradle because when you lift one of the balls on the outside it falls and hits the middle ball and hits the ball on the opposite side. This is an example of Newton's Third law because the outside ball passes energy to the middle ball which passes energy to the outside ball. They will stay in motion or at rest until acted on. They are actively being acted on by an outside force which would be gravity and acted on by the other balls in the Cradle.
