I think that gravity is holding the rock.

  19. One rock is balancing on another rock. This might be possible because the rock has equal weight on both sides so it is not falling.

  20. The gravity pulls the rocks together and the weight of the rock is equal on each side side it balances on top of the other. There is also most likely a divet in the rock so that the other rocks spire goes into which causes friction.

  25. I think gravity and mass are holding these together

  26. I think maybe it was erosion by wind or water that made the lower rock that used to be bigger than it, and now they are still together even though the one on the bottom is smaller. Maybe, I don't know.

  27. The weight of the rock is equal on both sides so it is able to sit.

  28. Balance and the gravity

  29. The weight is even on both sides so it stays like that.

The gravity pulls the rocks together and the weight of the rock is equal on each side side it balances on top of the other. There is also most likely a duvet in the rock so that the other rocks spire goes into which causes friction. (totally did not copy Tyler)

  31. gravity and mass keeps the rocks together

  32. I think gravity is helping the bigger rock stay on top of the smaller rock.

  37. Gravity is holding it down, and there is an equal amount of weight on each side of the rock, holding it in place on the other rock.

  42. I think ballance, gravity and ice age.

  43. The rock's weight is equal on each side, and then the gravity is pulling the top rock towards the other rock and earth.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Gravity pulls the rocks together and the weight of each of the rocks is the same.

  45. Its equally balanced on each side

    ReplyDelete
  46. The rock is balanced on both sides and gravity pulls it into the other rock and got there when the glaciers melted it put the rock equally balanced on the other rock.

    ReplyDelete
  47. it freezes on ice and then the ice melted and they sit on each other.

    ReplyDelete
  48. When the glaciers melted, the rocks were placed in the perfect place and there was equal weight on both sides so the rocks have been staying like that for years.

  49. I think gravity is holding down and the bottom rock is flat on top.
