Science Salem Trip
We are going to Salem Mass. today. There is history but also science to be found in this annual field trip. For those who go on the trip please comment about how the trip was for you. What did you learn, did you have any Ah HA! moments. For those who are not able to go below is a link to the Salem Science Checklist. Try all or some of the activities today. Let me know which one was the best.
The best part on the field trip was the cry innocent and the museum. That was the best part of the day.

ReplyDeleteThe best part of Salem Mass was probably seeing the ways of the people that lived there and the Haunted House. I also enjoyed seeing the history of the town and being able to see my friends

ReplyDeleteThe best part for me was seeing how people accused others of witch raft when they belly had any evidence, the haunted house, being able to hangout with my friends and going to DD.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of Salem was tipping the wolf with a tip jar that said "Tips Make Me Howl" when Mrs.Anderson told me I should so I did. Then when I tipped him with my money, he howled at me. I thought it was a machine but it was a person. And it scared me so much I screamed and ran back to Mrs.Anderson and hugged her arm and started shivering and was scared to death. And that was my favorite part even though it scared me so much (other than the haunted house) and so yeah. Thats mine. And friends😊

ReplyDeleteI think that the best part of the trip was the haunted house. Everyone was to scared to go first so I got shoved into the front. Then Kenny got shoved into the front. Him, Jack and Timmy went the wrong way and got lost.

ReplyDeleteI loved going on this trip! I would go there again! I took some really nice pictures too! I had so much fun with my group and all of the things we did. This was one of the best school trip I have taken!
ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of the field trip was the bus ride back, walking around, and talking to Mrs. Anderson, Ms.Hilton, And Mr.Ruby but I did no get to talk to Ms. Boucher.

ReplyDeleteMy favorite part of the salem field trio was the haunted house. It was level sone through ten and my group did level five Becca and I were the only ones who were scared because. One guy chased me with a chainsaw and i Ran as fast as I could They also in a very creepy voice whispered "Right behind you" That was very scary

ReplyDeleteI didn't realize how gullible people were back then! And the doctors weren't exactly the best. They just assumed witchcraft. Unfortunately for the accused, nobody thought about the science part of it. Or, that people might be lying because they dislike someone or want attention.
ReplyDeleteI loved the field trip and had a lot of fun. I learned that one of the "Bewitched" sisters actually admitted to faking the whole thing.
ReplyDeleteFor me the trip was amazing. The best part was watching the Cry Innocent play. I learned that there is a religion of witches. The religion is called wicca.
