Cells and Bodies

How are cells specialized to help with the function of tissues in organs. How do these specialized cells help with the function of the subsystem and systems of a human body?

  1. Cells make up the tissue that is in an organ. Without the cells there would be no tissue so no organs and no organs no subsystems.

Cells are specialized to help with the function of the tissues in some organs because they help the organs keep healthy. These specialized cells help the functions in a subsystem and some of the systems because the organs need these cells to survive.

  4. Their is lot of cells specialized to help with the function of tissues in organs. For example the nerve cell helps the nervous system which helps. Also they help the subsystems by giving them a certain function by that only subsystems can do.

  5. Cells are specialized to help with the function of the systems in the body because without they cells and tissues the systems would work properly and then something would go wrong in our body.

  6. The cells are all doing different things so they are all different shapes and sizes functioning differently.

  9. Cells are specialized to perform its function as best as possible. For a cell to become specialized, a process called Differentiation occurs, where unspecialized cells (Stem cells) produce cells with specialized structures. These help the body systems perform their specific function(s) and do what they are supposed to do. They help the body release wastes and take in nutrients and oxygen.

  10. Cells are Specialized to help with the Function of Tissues in Organs because Nerve Cells move Signals to your Brain for Reaction. The Nerve Cells help with the function of the the Nervous System because it sends signals to the Spinal Cord for a Quick Reaction.

  21. Different cells have different things to help them with the specailized task they are supposed to do. For example a nerve cell and blood cell are completely different. They will preform their certain task given. For example the blood cell travels throughout the body and deleivers oxygen and proteins to the cells. The nerve cell sends singnals to the heart to pump the blood. This was an example of how two different systems work together.
Systems are made from the different cells. These systems do different things to keep us alive. The tissue within the systems has cell that make up the tissue. A cell in any tissue can be specialized. No matter what organ, system or tissue all cells have a certain task that they are meant to do. More than one cell does this billions all are specialized.
Some cells do different things. Mussle cells expand and contract to allow movement. While things like blood cells deleiver diffferent things such as oxygen and proteins. A lot of cells have different task's but all these task's help us survive. With out them we would not be able to live.
The shape and size of the cell contribute to the specialization of the cell. Each of these things chang the cell in many ways. They have different things that make each different. These different actions are special to that certain cell. The cells have to do these actions to make it able for us to be able to live.

  23. Cells are basic units of life so... Without cells we would all be DEAD. Without special cells parts of our body would also be DEAD.

  30. Living systems are organized into levels of increasing complexity of structure and function; starting with cells, then tissues, then organs, then organ systems and lastly organisms. These function to provide food, air, and remove waste for the good of the cells.
