Butterfly Effect

Do you think a disaster in one part of the world can affect a disaster in another part of the world? 
Please explain why or why not?

  14. Yes, a disaster in one part of the world can affect a disaster in another part of the world. It depends on the disaster and where it happened A typhoon in the Philippines could affect China. Once it hits China, it could turn into a Category 5 hurricane/typhoon.
