Rolling Car

You roll a model car down the hallway. The car comes to a stop without hitting anything. Ethan says the car stopped because there was no force pushing on it. Shaun says it stopped because of unseen forces. Who do you agree? Explain why you agree.

i agree with shawn. there is a force working against a car. this force cannot be seen.it is called friction.

  4. I agree with Ethan that the car stopped because there wasn't any force pushing the car.

  5. I agree with Shaun: There is gravity pushing down on the car. This keeps the car from moving if there way to go lower to the Earth's core.

  6. I will go with ethan the car did run out of energy.

  7. Ethan because there was no force after it got pushed.

  8. I agree with Ethan because the car stopped no force pushing the car

  9. I think that it came to a atop because there was no more force pushing it.

I agree with Ethan because it slowed down after not being pushed for a while

  11. I agree with shaun because of gravatational forces.

  12. Ethan, because there was no force so it slowed down.

  13. I will agree with Ethan because there was no force pushing it.

  14. I agree with Ethan because he has the more logical answer.

  15. I agree but also think friction helped it slow down.

  16. Ethan cuz thats what everyone else is saying

I agree with Ethan because there was no force moving the car.

  19. I agree with both because if there were more force than it would go farther but i bet there is unseen forces too effecting it.

  20. I agree with Shawn because the car stopped due to friction.

  21. I agree with Shaun, those unseen forces are friction. The Friction is causing the car to slow down, and come to a complete stop.

  22. Ethan because he agrees with acceleration.

  23. I kinda agree, the car stopped because it ran out of momentum

  24. I agree with Shaun because ethan is stupid and because shaun is right the friction created when the tires roll on the ground slow it down.

  25. It stops from the friction of the car wheels rubbing against the screws keeping the wheels on also the aerodynamic of the car.

  26. I agree with Sha8un because there is an invisible force called friction.

  27. I agree with both.

  28. I agree with sha8un because there is such thing called friction

  29. I agree with Shaun because he's right, the car did stop due to unseen forces, such as friction.

  30. I agree with shaun because I think that friction stops the car.

  31. I agree with Shawn because the car stopped because of friction.

  32. I agree with cha-boy shaun, because a thing in motion stays in motion if it is not stopped by the unseen forces.

  33. I agree with Shaun because Friction is an unseen force. Ethan is wrong because he's Ethan.

  34. Shawn because of gravity.

  35. well both are true, nothing was pushing the car so the weight of the car pushing on the wheels caused friction making the car slow down. The car also stopped because of unseen forces with wind and the gravitational pull, if it was on a slanted surface then it would keep going

  36. I agree with Shaun and Ethan because you need forces to get the car going and then it starts to slow down after you stop giving forces. but it gradually slows down so that part is called unseen forces.

  37. I agree with Shaun because friction would stop the car but fashion wise I agree with Ethan.

  38. I agree with both.

  39. I agree with Shaun because you can't see friction.

  40. ethan becaus he is kewl

  41. I agree with the unseen forces stopped the car like friction and gravity.

    ReplyDelete
  42. It stops from friction

    ReplyDelete
  43. Shaun has the correct answer because an unseen force is stopping it; it's friction. Obviously, you can see friction.

  44. I agree with both because if there were more force than it would go farther but i bet there is unseen forces too effecting it.

  46. I agree with Shaun FRICTION!!!!!!

  47. I agree with Shaun, because it's sort of like friction.
