  1. In mechanical digestion, the food is broken into small pieces, like weathering. In chemical digestion, food is broken down into smaller particles for the rest of the body.

  2. when you digest it goes down and when wearthering happens it goes down.

  3. It is like the rock in many ways but one of them is that weathering and digestion both break down the object or substance.

  4. Chemical Digestion is most likely similar to Chemical Weathering and same with Mechanical.
The food gets broken down just as the rock would get broken down

  5. Digestion is the breaking down of food and stuff with energy and the weathering of rock wears down rock so its basically the same thing.

  6. Mechanical digestion is like mechanical weathering because the food is broken into little pieces like rock breaking down. Chemical digestion is like chemical weathering because things like sugar and fat are broken down just like how rock pieces are broken down.

  7. Digestion is like the weathering of rock because they both break down and weathering of rock is the same because they both get broke down mechanically by machine.

  9. take the food like a rock now the stomach acids are the weathering

  10. Digestion is like chemical and mechanical weathering because mechanical and chemical weathering brakes down rock and digestion brakes down food.

  12. Both weathering of the rock and digestion are alike because they both break down stuff.

  13. Digestion is like the weathering of rock because once the food ( Like a rock) goes into your stomach (Like the mantle of the earth), its starts breaking down.

  15. The digestion of food consumed by humans is similar to the weathering or rocks in a few different ways like bolth of them break down the food or rock, and both of them have the word "mechanical" in a name for them.

  16. Both chem and mech are in digestive system

  17. rocks can mechanically break down, like food when we chew it. Rocks can also break down chemically, like acids in our stomach that break down food.

  19. Weathering goes through many stages of breaking of rock just like the digestive system, it breaks up the food and takes the minerals and it all stops and just like weathering it stops at 1 small rock and the digestive system stops with poop.

  21. Weathering and rock breaks stuff, and so does your digestive system.

  22. Digestion is like weathering a rock because when the food goes down into your stomach it starts breaking it down.

  23. mechanical digestion is like mechanical weathering because you break food into pieces like wind or water would break down rocks.Chemical weathering and chemical digestion are alike because the acid in your stomach breaks down food like chemical weathering.

  24. Digestion is like the weathering of a rock because they both have mechanical and chemical forms. Mechanical digestion happens when you chew your food just like when roots break rock apart. Chemical digestion happens in your stomach when your stomach acid breaks down the food even more just like acid rain breaks away rock.

  25. The mouth and teeth mechanicaly breaks down food, and acid and siliva chemically breaks down food.

  26. The digestion system is like rock weathering because the food is breaking down and like a rock the rock is breaking down chemically or mechanically.

  27. Mechanical weathering breaks down rock just like digestion breaks down food in your body.

  28. Digestion is like the weathering of rock because both break down solids into fine pieces.

  31. Digestion is like the weathering of a rock because they can both be chemically and mechanically broken down. Chewing food is like mechanical weathering of rock. Stomach acid breaking down food is like the chemical weathering of rock.

  32. Digestion is like the weathering of rocks, our teeth breaking down food is like our feet slowly breaking down rock. Chemically our stomachs break down food like rain and oxygen slowly weathers rocks.

  43. It is like a weathering rock because the manual could be like a human breaking a rock like the mouth and teeth breaking food, the chemical way would be like rain to a rock plant root the food would be like your stomach acids.

  46. Weathering Slowly Chemically/Mechanically Disintegrates, by either rubbing, from another rock, or Water/Acid, Destroying the rock. And Digestion Uses Chemicals, to Destroy food.

  47. The digestive system and weathering of rocks are the same because they both break things down mechanically, and chemically

  48. Mechanical digestion occurs mainly in the Mouth and Stomach, which breaks down food into small pieces. Chemical digestion breaks down food even further chemically into Simple Sugars, Amino Acids, Fatty Acids, and Glycerol.

  49. Acid chemically break down food and teeth break down food mechanically.

  50. Mechanically is like breaking down the rock because it is piece by piece physically, whereas chemical is like chemical weathering because chemicals do it.
