When the cell is in a resting state there is something called chromatin in the nucleus. Chromatin is made of DNA, RNA, and nuclear proteins. DNA and RNA are the nucleic acids inside of the cell.
The nucleus is pretty much the brain of the cell, wait a minute, THAT MEANS THAT TREES HAVE BRAINS AND THAT MEANS THAT SOON THEY WILL MOVE ON THEIR OWN AND THAT MEANS THAT THE HUMAN RAISE IS GOING TO BE OVER RUN BY TREES.
The mitochondria, The energy made by the mitochondria is in the form of a chemical called adenosine triphosphate or ATP for short. ATP is an energy currency that every cell in our body can use and it keeps us alive. The machinery that the mitochondria use to make ATP is called the electron transport chain.
Eukaryotic cells contain many membrane-bound organelles. An organelle is an organized and specialized structure within a living cell. The organelles include the nucleus, ribosomes, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, vacuoles, lysosomes, mitochondria, and, in plants, chloroplasts.
The nucleus is like the brain and sends signals out to the rest of the cell.
