Coming Soon

Our next standard will deal with Global warming. We will be exploring natural factors and human impact factors that contribute to climate change.  What do you already know about issue of global climate change?

  7. In Antarctica, the ice will melt so animals will have to change biomes and adapt. They could die if they don't adapt fast enough. Humans cause this by using factories that emit harmful chemicals in the air that melt snow and ice.

  33. Global Warming means that there has been a rise in the temperature of Earth due to increased level of carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide has a property that it doesn't let go of all the heat emitted by Sun, thus keeping Earth warm even in night. But due to industrialisation the level of carbon dioxide has increased, making the Earth warmer and this is Global Warming.
