Weathering Rock

Does rock type make a difference in the rate of chemical and mechanical weathering? 
How about the size of the piece of rock, does that make a difference?

  27. Yes, the type of rock can make a difference because some rocks are softer then others and easier to ware down physically and chemically. Sometimes, the size can make a difference

  33. Yes it does Because marble wears down faster Granite, and size maters to a big rock would take less time than a small rock
