What is the process by which a wound is closed and bleeding stop? 
Describe and Explain.

  12. Platelets come together and catch as much blood as they can to keep you from loosing too much blood, also this is called a blood clot. then a scab forms over the wound. Under the scab is where all the healing takes place, and then when the wound is healed, the scab falls off.
