breaking down and building up bone

What are the two specialized cells that make bone and break it down ? 

About how many bones are we born with and how many do we have as adults ?

    When a baby is born, it is born with 300 bones, then over time the bones fuse together and make new bones. A full-grown adult has 206 bones in their body.
