Two Plant Cells

Cells can be similar yet different.
Fig 1. Potato Cells

Fig 2 Tomato Cells
What do you see as the same and what do you see is  different between the tomato and the potato cell?
Can you pick out an organelles ?
Also keep in mind the color was added to make the cell more visible.

  1. They are plant cells. I'm not smart, so I can't find organelles.

  2. The potato and tomato cells are both plant cells. They are different because in the tomato cells you can see more organelles.

  3. Same There both are plant cells, Both circles.

Different They are different colors. I can not fine organelles.

  5. Potato and tomato are both plant cells. The tomato cells have black like dots in them.

  6. well I believe that they are all plant cells and they seem to have the same pattern. The potato has some sort of air bubble in the potato cells. The tomato cell has this weird red line of of bacteria.

  7. The tomato cells are more circular and the potato cells are more square like. They are both plant cells.

  8. They are both plant cells, you can see the tomato cells organelles.

  9. you can not squish a potato

    1. YES YOU CAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  10. Inside the tomato cells there are black dots, and inside the potato cells there are no black dots.

The nucleus is the black dot on the tomato cells.

  12. They are both plant cell's and the top picture is potato the bottom one is
    tomato cell.

  13. tomato's are eser two brake than the potato.

  14. The potato cell doesn't have a nucleus and the tomato cells have a nucleus.
An organelle I can pick out is the nucleus in the tomato cells.

  15. The potatoes and tomatoes are the same shape cells, but you can kinda tell tomatoes are easier to brake apart and The tomatoes cells are more circular while the potatoes are more squarish.

  17. The cells difference that i found are:

They are both different colors, they are different shapes, they look different.

  18. They are different colors shapes and look a little different

    ReplyDelete
  19. They both have the same shape. But they Don't have the same color because there for different things

  20. They are a different colors and different shapes!

  21. the potato cells have little bubbles. and the tomato cells look more like animal cells. i cant fin any organelles.

    2. i can see nucleaui

  22. the potato cells and the tomato cells both look like cute, little bubbles. The black dots are the organelles and you can see more of them on the potato cell.

  23. they both have the same shape and look like bubbles and one is purple and one is white.

    ReplyDelete
  24. they both are shaped as like bubbles or circles and they have that stringy effect in them to but the potato cell has bubbles and the tomato cell does not have bubbles the tomato cell has dark spots in it and the potato cell has very few dark spots in it as the tomato cell and that's what i think is similar and what i think is different between the potato and tomato cells.

  25. They are different in shape.
They are the same because they are both cells.

  26. What do you see as the same and what do you see is different between the tomato and the potato cell? they are both round and look watery.
Can you pick out an organelles ?no
Also keep in mind the color was added to make the cell more visible.ok

  27. The things that i see the same are that they are both cells! Something I found different was that they have different shapes.

    ReplyDelete
  28. They have different shapes. Potatoes don't have a nucleus but tomatoes do.

    ReplyDelete
  29. The cells are both plant cells and the cells look like bubbles! In the tomato cells, I can see the organelles, in the potato you can't see it as clearly.

  30. The shape is different the tomato cells look more round. The tomato cell has a nucleus.

    ReplyDelete
  31. The tomato cells are round and have a nuculius

    ReplyDelete
  32. THEY ARE BOTH PLANT CELLS AND BOTH HAVE NUCULES'S AND ARE BOTH CELLS. THEY HAVE DIFFRENT SHAPES, THE COLOR IS DIFFRENT

    ReplyDelete
  33. The cells are both plant cells and they are both round.
The potato cells are more rigid and the tomato cells are more round.
The nucleus is easier to see in the tomato cells.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Both of the cells look similar, but one was more like a bubble, and the other was more like a hexagon. They are both plant cells and have a cell wall, but the potato cell is more rigid. On the top one, there are little circles in the cell, but in the bottom one the circles are smaller. You can see the nucleus better in the bottom one.

  35. The Potato cells are really rigid, where the tomato cells are rounded. If you hit someone on the head with a potato, it would hurt, and if you hit someone on the head with a tomato, it would squish. Those are the similarities and differences of the potato cells and the tomato cells.

    ReplyDelete
  36. The things that are the same is that they both have like separate little like circles that are the cell. But the potato cells have like kind of like straight sides and the tomato has like a more circular sides.

    ReplyDelete
  37. A potato is more ridged so it has more ridge cells, The tomato cells are more rounded.

    ReplyDelete
  38. They are both plant cells and they both have cell walls... AND they have changed the color so that you can see the walls and the different parts of the cells.

    ReplyDelete
  39. They both are both plant cells and have cell walls. The potatoes are rigid and the tomatoes are smooth. The tomato has nucleus organelles.

    ReplyDelete
  40. They are both cells from plants. The tomato cells look more rounded. The potato ones look more rigid.

    ReplyDelete
  41. They are both plant cells, and they both have a nucleus. They have different shapes and colors.

    ReplyDelete
  42. they're different colors

    ReplyDelete
  43. The Tomato and potato cells are both plant cells. What is different about them is that in the potato cell you can't see as many organelles as you can see in the tomato cell and the potato cell is purple while the tomato cell is red.

  47. They are both plant cells and there no the same because tomatoe cells have more organelles!!!

    ReplyDelete
  48. Inside the tomato cells there are black dots, and inside the potato cells there are no black dots.

The nucleus is the black dot on the tomato cells.

    ReplyDelete
  49. They look the same because they both look like they're bubbles. The tomato cells have the nucleus, they are different colors. They are both plant cells.

    ReplyDelete
  50. there ar black spots in the cells. the tomato cell looks like a living plant cell. the orgeneles are the black spots in the cell.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Things that are the same are color, they have dots, they're plants.Things that are different are shape, nucleus, bubbles

    ReplyDelete
  52. They are both plant cells. In the potato cell you can't see many organelles like in the tomato.

    ReplyDelete
  53. The shape of the tomato cells are different shape than the potato cells. Both cells are plant cells. The organelles are in the tomato cell.

    ReplyDelete
  54. They are both plant cells and the tomato cells have Nucleus and they both look like bubbles. Tomato cells have more organelles.

    ReplyDelete
  55. They both have plant cells and the tomato cells have nucleus and they both look like they have bubbles in them or they are made of bubbles. The tomato cells are different than the potato cells. The tomato cells have more organelles.
