  7. If I where witnessing a valcano first hand I would see hot rocks lava and magma outside the valcano. Inside the volcano I would see more lava rocks and also Maybe some animals that climed up and fell inside the volcano. When it eroputied lava would come out and I nwould run for my life because i dont want to be killed by lava and magma. When the volcano was done erupting the magma and lava would cool and they would starrt the rock cycle. The End

  9. If I was on a volcano then I would see the volcano erupting lava and then it turning into igneous. Then it starts smoking and the ground is shaking. I don't know what's happening below because I can't see under ground because I don't have spy goggles that can see through stuff although that would be awesome....

  10. I am in Pompeii, watching Mount Vesuvius erupt. The volcano erupted, shooting pumice and ash down the hill at 70 mph. The heat was as hot as 1300 degrees Fahrenheit. People were turned into "body casts" of pumice and ash while they were sleeping or taking shelter. This happened to me while I was sleeping, and my family was in the other room, taking shelter. More than 20,000 of us had died. This eruption also went into Naples, a town 5.6 miles from the volcano, and destroyed everything in its path.

  11. If if was witnessing a volcano I would go to Kilauea volcano in Hawaii. I would be up in a plane watching this event. I would see masses of molten lava and I would see lots and lots of eruptions of lava and rock.
If I could see under the earth I would see the earth's crust, mantle and most important the earths core.

  16. I See the great Abu volcano in Japan with a bunch of hot ash and lava blooming from it. A bunch of igneous rock break apart and I start running but unfortunately it is on a steep hill and I trip the lava catches up to me and the igneous rock forms around me and I die from that heat.

  19. I’m witnessing a volcano first hand right now. I’m in Hawaii there are lots of volcanoes in Hawaii. The volcano is active. It is spewing out lava down the sides of it. It’s so cool! The magma is meeting the Earth’s surface and turning into lava. The pyroclastic rocks are coming down also. I will keep you updated, bye.

  22. I see the volcano erupt and pour down the mountain. I witness this in Hawaii 2000 August 1.

  23. In the background the lava is spewing out. It got rocks and they turned into metamorphic. Under ground the core is heating up. The pressure pushes up to the top and it explodes out lava.

  24. id be thinking about all the tuff under the volcano like magma Metamorphic rocks EXT

  25. I would see magma and rock and hot liquid

  26. I would see lava coming down the volcano then I would melt stuff.

  27. I went to Hawaii and I say a volcano. I was able to watch a volcano erupt spewing magma everywhere. I had to run down the slope of the volcano so I wouldn't get burned.

  28. You would see an explosion and then fire and magma/lave going down the side of the volcano and make Igneous rock

    ReplyDelete
  29. I would see lava coming out of the volcano and I would also see smoke. I couldn't see the magma coming up from underground becoming lava.

  35. If I were to witness a volcano eruption, I would be very excited. I would see the lava burst out from the volcano, and volcanic ash start to cover the white clouds. Smoke would fill the air as the ash slowly falls, covering the ground. I start to see the lava rush out of the top, now leaking onto the raw ground, slipping through rocks. It would be very scary, and very exciting.

If I sitting there, watching a volcano explode. I'd pull out my trusty marsh-mellow stick and marsh-mellow. But, I'd throw stuff into the lava, watching it melt. Then, I'd come back in a few years and find where I threw stuff it. Mining the rock. I'd see light, beautiful, slow lava. Then, dark ash would stain the bright blue sky. I'd hear the screams of thousands of people and thumping feet as they ran from their doom.

  38. what i see is lava becoming hot and i see lava bursting out of the volcano.

  39. If I was to watch a volcano erupt I would be siting on the beach in Hawaii in a hammock drinking a mango smoothy as the lava slowly goes by turning into igneous rock.

  40. I am in Hawaii, and there is a volcano active right now!!! The magma is moving down really slow, and there is so much smoke that I can't really breath. Then, when the lava reaches the ground, it is killing so many people. So, when it is done, every on is dead, and I am the only one who is alive. But I almost died.

  41. Today I am first hand witnessing a volcano erupt!! I'm in Italy watching Mount Etna erupt!!! its really interesting the Volcano is getting really hot ashes are coming out and then a big gush of lava comes out and more and more comes out and then it stops and starts to cool and now theres a bunch of Igneous rocks.

  42. i would see rock beneath being melted and cracking upon the power of the heat of the molten rocks known as lava and or magma it would then surface destroying everything in its path slowly and dangerously I would run away of the heat knowing that the magma monkeys would take over the world with there new weapon the banana gun!

  43. magma everywhere debris falling and lots of ash

  44. what happening under the surface is the super heated rock melting down in to magma then it erupts there is ash in the air and lava is everywhere

  45. its may 18 1980 I'm at mount saint helens watching it erupt. it blue off the top sides of the volcano and it was a big explosion.

  53. mt. Vesivuius erupts quickly, A cloud of ash shoots up from the top of it, and burning ash and rock spray everywere. The lava builds up into rivers. It moves slowly down the volcano's sides, and the hot ash covers everything it touches. The lava burns into the ground, destorying everything in it's path. People, just begining their days, are covered in the burning ash. When it cools down, They are preserved like statues.

Inside the volcano, gasses and molten rock build up and when the pressure is to much, the volcano erupts.

:) sorry if this is horrifying and evil.

  55. I am in an unnamed location enjoying my vacation. I'm on a beach, and have view of the mountains nearby. Suddenly, smoke starts to come out of the top of one. My first thought is to leave and run and escape and whatnot, but the mountains are so far away that I believe I'll be fine. I start to see lava rushing down the east side of the now classified volcano. I see huge chunks of rock breaking off due to the extreme heat. Now, lava is about to reach the bottom of the volcano and flow into the surrounding penninsula (I can't spell, sorry).
Inside the volcano, gases have propelled magma to the surface, making it into lava. After a while, this lava will cool into extrusive igneous rock. Inside this volcano, there is now not enough pressure to propel anymore lava, so now, it is not erupting anymore.

    ReplyDelete
  56. I would see the magma coming my way and I would be screaming my lungs out. The earth will get really hot and the surface will get warm and maybe melt.
