Building a Bridge

Imagine you are hired to build a bridge. The bridge must span 200 meters and hold at least 10 tons of weight. Your budget in 2 million dollars.  What are your criteria and what are your constraints for your bridge.

    The criteria is that it spans 200 meters and holds 10 tons.
    The constraint is that it has to be under $200000.
