Changes on Earth and Beyond

What are some of the processes that change the surface of the Earth?  Is there evidence that any of these processes are or have been at work in other places in the solar system?

  1. Volcanos chamge the surface of the Earth. There is evidence that volcanos have happened on Mars these volcanos are much bigger that the ones here on Earth

  2. YEs because of craters

  3. Meteors change the surface of the earth by impacting it. There is evidence that it happened on other planets because of the craters on them.

  4. Meteor impact and erosion. There is evidence of meteor impact but not earthquakes.

  5. Meteors make changes on the surface of the Earth because they make craters.

  6. Meteor impacts can make huge changes to the Earth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. Erosion abrasion and glaciers all change the surface of the earth. And I do believe there is evidence for other planets.(Especially meteor impacts!)

  8. Yes and also the craters and makes dents in the surface.

  9. Volcanoes change the, surface of the earth by impacting it. There is evidence the volcanoes have happened on Mars.

  10. Abrasion is a small scale change in changing the surface of the Earth. I believe abrasion happens on all of the solid planets in space.

  11. Weathering, erosion, volcanos, earthquakes, and meteor impact. There is evidence that there's meteor impacts but no evidence that there are earthquakes on other planets. There is also volcanos on other planets.

  14. Earthquakes change the surface of the Earth. No there is not any evidence that there is any earthquakes on other planets.

  15. Yes there are a lot of craters on showing meteors have hit the moon.

  23. Weathering, erosion, volcanos, earthquakes, and meteor impacts. There is evidence that volcanos have been seen on Mars

  24. Meteor impact, weathering and erosion, earthquakes, and volcanoes. Yes there is evidence. There are things like craters on the surface of some planets. There are also volcanoes on some planets (in example, mars).

  25. Yes because there are craters due to meteor impacts, earthquakes may have happened on other planets other than earth, there also may be some volcanic activity on other planets through out the solar system.

  26. Earthquakes change the surface of the earth but there are no other earthquakes on planets.

  27. A meteor impact is a way to change the earths surface.

  28. Earthquakes cause the surface of the earth to change significantly.

  29. earthquakes can change the surfce of the earth.

  30. Weathering, erosion, earthquakes, volcanoes and meteor impact. There is evidence that there are meteor impacts but no evidence that there are earthquakes on different planets. There are also volcanos on other planets.

  31. Some things that change the surface of the earth are weathering and erosion, gravity, and glaciers. Those are some of the things that can change the surface of the earth.

  33. It probably happens in everywhere in the solar system. Earthquakes, Volcanoes, meteor impact
weathering and erosion and glaciers and outwash.

  36. Weathering, erosion, earthquakes, volcanoes, and meteor impacts change the surface of the Earth. There isn't any evidence that there are earthquakes on other planets, but there are meteor impacts on other places in the solar system. On Mars, there are volcanoes.

  42. There has because of the meteor impacts in the solar system, there are earthquakes on the moon and there are volcanoes on venus and mars.

  43. Weathering and Erosion, earthquakes, volcanoes, meteor impacts can change the surface of the earth. And, on Mars, there are volcanoes.

  44. Lots of things can change the surface of the earth!!! Weathering and erosion, earthquakes, volcanoes, magma, lava, landslide, fault, and hurricanes, and tsunamis.

  45. Meteor impact creates craters

  47. Some things that change the earths surface are earthquakes, volcanoes, weathering, erosion, ect. Evidence that it happens in the solar system is craters on the moon.

  48. Meteors smash into the earth.

  49. Many processes change the surface of the earth. For example weathering, erosion, glaciers, wind and gravity. The solar system has processes like meteor impacts on other planets or storms such as tornadoes the size of America. As you can see wind is also a process that takes place in the solar system.

  51. Erosion, Weathering, Volcanos, Earthquakes, Meteor Impacts, Wind, and Ice. there evidence is that they have seen some of these thing on the moon.

    There is evidence.

  54. Volcanos change the earths surface. There are volcanos on the planet mars.

  55. Meteors effect the earth's surface by creating craters. Craters effect the earth because they can destroy buildings. Craters can cause ground to level out, causing a hole to form in the ground.
